Formed in June of 1999 itadsUp is unique on the world wide web. No site can bring you the all the advantages we offer and those we are putting together for you our members.
Our goal is to create the largest member driven web based company in the world and with your participation we can do it. Of course we will happily pay you for your participation, others say it, we can do it. We are currently finalizing the design of our unique proprietary software and on October 15th we will release pcbar, PoPuP, and splash to our members and they will begin earning dollars while connected to the Internet.
Depending on the study you read it is estimated that by 2003 the amount of money spent online will be in excess of 1 trillion dollars. itadsUp members will be in the perfect position to individually capitalize on the revenue explosion in cyberspace. From an advertiser perspective it is desirable to focus their energy on a particular market group, it provides them with greater results and a higher return on their investment. With our growing membership we are able to provide advertisers with this opportunity and they will pay for it, in fact they will be paying you. At present you are paid zero dollars for the advertising you see, why not get paid for something you already do.

why Join?It is estimated that, Internet aside, we as individuals are bombarded by as many as 14,000 advertisements per day. Sounds like a lot, well just think of your daily commute to and from work, radio ads, billboard ads, store front ads, the newspaper, just try to count them all, and remember, each time you look at an individual advertisement you have once again been exposed to that message.
Should you choose to use the service advertised you will pay for it at the cash register. Prior to itadsUp, and a few competitors the only people getting paid with advertising dollars were those doing the advertising. And let us not forget television. Advertising pays those million dollar salaries each and every year.
Now you have the opportunity to share in the profits, how much? or how little? It's up to you just remember, it all ads Up.

who can Join?Anyone - Anywhere. The Internet has no boundaries and we would be remiss to confine our membership to a geographical sphere. We will pay you no matter your location. We do suggest that non-North American members contact their local banks for information regarding currency exchange and the deposit of out-of-country cheques.
when do I start ? Right now! (click here) After entering your information make sure you have the e-mail addresses of your friends handy. Once a membership number has been assigned you will be taken directly to our 'Tell a Friend' page, simply fill out the fields provided and click send. You may opt to tell your friends later but there is no time like the present, I assure you pcbar, PoPuP, and Splash will be available for mass release in the fall of 1999 (just in time for Christmas) and will be e-mailed to you, simply click where instructed and the download will commence. You have now started earning. (all earnings in US dollars)
how much will I earn?
That’s up to you and dependant on how many individuals you encourage to join itadsUp, we suggest, as a start, you find 10 friends, relatives or work associates who want to earn extra $$$'s each time they are on line, or in the case of students, earn as they learn. We will not limit your ambition. Check out the itadsUp calculator and see the possibilities. Remember we start calculating earnings as soon as you receive the pcbar download. It is in your and your friends best interests to generate as many members as possible while waiting for your software. At itadsUp we want you to have a great Christmas and a very happy New Year
We pay members monthly by check. Due to the high cost of processing payments, we pay members when their accounts exceed $20.00 (unpaid amounts are of course automaticaly carried forward to the next month). Members can check their account balance (how much money we owe you) and the number of referrals in their direct and exteded referral groups (your earning power) on our Web site. Cheques will be issud on the 5th of each month commencing on the 5th of November 1999 and continuing into the new millenium.
how do I get paid to
be on line?
Sign up to be a member. It's free. It's fast (one minute - no survey to fill out). You get a member ID# immediately upon joining. Then you are eligible to download our pcbar. You will get a welcome e-mail with an approximate date that you can download the pcbar. It will be made available on a first come, first served basis, so it pays to sign up early. The pcbar is a small bar (a little taller than the Windows 95/98 Taskbar at the bottom of your screen). It comes up automatically at the bottom of your desktop when you go online. While you are on the Net and the pcbar is active, itadsUp will pay you $.50 per hour*. Currently we have a 60-hour limit per month ($30)*. how
does the referral payment system work?
The chart below demonstrates the itadsUp referral payment system. In words: For every person you refer to itadsUp, we will pay you $.10 for every hour* that each of those people is online with the pcbar active. In addition, we will pay you for extended referrals at the rate of $.05 per hour*. Extended referrals are those referrals made by the members that you referred to itadsUp. Extended referrals continue for four people past your original referral (the chart below illustrates). There is a limit to the depth of referrals ( there is no limit on how many DIRECT referrals you can get! ) you can get paid for, up to 60 hours per person per month*.

where does
all the money come from?
itadsUp sells the pcbar, PoPuP and splash advertising (banner) space to advertisers and sponsors. This money is used to pay the direct earnings of $.50* an hour and the referral fees. Since we do not exist as a normal manufacturing, service or retail business with high overhead costs we are able to pass the greater portion of advertising revenues on to you the members.
are
there any rules or restrictions?
Not many, but we do have a few. First, each person can only sign up once. Second, we are going to have to limit the number of hours that you can watch per month because we just can't sell that ads and sponsorships fast enough. We'll start with 60 hours, and increase it if at all possible. Third, no spamming, itadsUp strictly forbids spamming to get referrals. Click here to see our anti-spamming policy.
itadsUp must approve (in advance) any use of the itadsUp name and logo trademark. And finally, you will only get credit for the hours of members in your referral group up to the number of hours that you actively used the pcbar during that particular month. Members who deal with itadsUp in a fraudulent fashion will be forced to forfeit their membership and may be subject to prosecution in their jurisdiction. how many accounts may I open?Just one. At present we are permitting 1 itadsUp membership per member. If you have multiple computers in your home we will permit a second account but it must be in the name of a spouse, significant other or roommate. We do not permit accounts in the names of children (under 16) at this time because we have something special for them in Febuary of 2000.
can I participate on more than one computer?

is this available internationally?
Yes. itadsUp is available worldwide. We don't care where you live as long as you have an internet connection and a current mailing address we welcome you and we will pay you the same rate everywhere. We will however have to charge a small fee for international mailing but that will be deducted from your account (approx. $1.50)
what if I want to change my information after joining?
We'll do our best to give you the advantages you want on the Internet, but there are no obligations at itadsUp. Members are free to quit at any time with no costs or penalties. Click here to cancel your itadsUp's membership.
No. Membership at itadsUp is absolutely free, and you will never have to buy anything. We will send you a check every month for viewing the pcbar, and the revenue generating site services. You are free to choose only the services that you wish to use.

your privacy policy? Will I get junk email?
Never. We will never sell, rent or give your name, address or e-mail address to anyone. itadsUp is committed to your privacy. We recognize your need for reasonable control of the personally identifiable information that you share with us.
