AllAdvantage.com is a community of Internet users in which members get paid to surf the
Web. AllAdvantage.com also pays its members to tell their friends about the community (and
for those friends to tell more friends, ect.). When you sign up, you download and install
the Viewbar™, a communications device about the size of the Windows Taskbar that sits
at the bottom of your browser. AllAdvantage.com's sponsors use the Viewbar™ to
deliver messages and useful, entertaining content to members. Over time, a member's

How do I "Get Paid to Surf the Web?"

How does the referral payment system work?
The chart below demonstrates the AllAdvantage.com referral payment system. In other words:
For every person you refer to AllAdvantage.com, we will pay you according to our current rates for every hour that each of
those people is online with the Viewbar™ active. In addition, we will pay you
for extended referrals. Extended referrals are those referrals made by the members
that you referred to AllAdvantage.com. Extended referrals continue for four people past
your original referral (the chart below illustrates). There is no limit to the number of
referrals you can get paid for.

When do I get paid?
We pay members by check. Due to the high cost of processing payments, we pay members
monthly when their accounts exceed $20.00 (unpaid amounts are of course automatically
carried forward to the next month). Members can check their account balance (how much
money we owe you) and the number of referrals in their direct and extended referral groups
(your earning power) on our Web site.

Where does all the money come from?
AllAdvantage.com sells some of the Viewbar™ space to advertisers and sponsors. We
also save money by paying our members to spread the word rather than spending on
traditional advertising. This money is used to pay the direct earnings and the referral
fees.

When can I start?
You can join now and start building your referral group today. The Viewbar™ is
currently available to many members who signed up early and more Viewbars™ are being
released on a first come first served basis.

Are there any rules or restrictions?
First, each person can only sign up once.
Second, we are going to have to limit the number of hours that you can watch per month
because we just can't sell that many ads and sponsorships fast enough.
Third, we are going to have to limit the number of Viewbar™ downloads to eligible
members on a first come, first served basis.
Fourth, no spamming. AllAdvantage.com strictly forbids spamming to get referrals. See
our anti-spamming
policy. And we must approve (in advance) any use of the AllAdvantage.com name and logo
trademark.
Also, you will only get credit for the hours of members in your referral group up to
the number of hours that you actively used the Viewbar™ during that particular month.
Members who deal with AllAdvantage.com in a fraudulent fashion will be forced to
forfeit their membership.
And of course you will need to read and agree to the Membership Agreement in
order to download and use the Viewbar™

Is this available internationally?
AllAdvantage.com is available all around the world. But currently, the Viewbar™ is
available only to U.S. residents. Please note that we have not yet determined rates for
international users as this is largely determined by the Internet advertising market in
each particular country. Non-U.S. members are free to sign up and start making referrals,
and we will notify you as soon as service becomes available in your country.

Can I participate on more than one computer?
One person can use an account on more than one computer (home and office, for example).
But one person cannot hold more than one account. And a computer can only have one account
on it (the software restricts the program to one per machine right now).

What if I want to change my information after
joining
After joining AllAdvantage.com, members can change all of their personal account
information in the Account
Info section of the Web page. This includes address, password and email address.
Unfortunately, members may not change their referrer after joining or add another
referrer. This policy is necessary to maintain the integrity of the referral payment
system.
